The trick to manifesting and dreaming is aligning the subconscious vision with the tangible goal.

It doesn’t matter how realistic or unrealistic the manifestation seems. If it’s clearly defined in your imagination, your subconscious will begin working toward it.

Writing it. Affirming it. Speaking it.

These acts invite you to walk the path, consciously and subconsciously weaving your desires into existence.

When I want to take a trip, I talk about it with my therapist and my trusted friends. I write it down in my journal and notes app. I imagine the visit, even plan my outfits. Then I save, research, and eventually—book and go.

I want to move out of the country soon, so I’m starting where I am: traveling, researching, and immersing myself in different cultures. I studied abroad in the Dominican Republic during undergrad. I just came back from the UK. I’ve already booked my accommodations for Portugal, and I’m actively planning my visit to Ghana.

I am manifesting. I am envisioning. And that leads to becoming.

I even manifested the look and the money for my apartment. I created mockups, wrote about it, envisioned it, and prayed with conviction. I gathered screenshots of what felt like me: my inner world, my peace, and meditated on them until they became real.

It’s all coming together.

I’m not just manifesting more money. I’m earning, saving, investing, and building multiple streams of income. My vision is to eventually work less and earn more, doing impactful work that allows my full, authentic self to thrive.

Everything I want is attainable. And if something doesn’t exist yet, I’ll create it.

I am the source, and it moves through me.

I am a fairy. But it’s not just magic, it’s science. Our brains adapt to what we repeatedly imagine, it’s called neuroplasticity. When we visualize success or peace, our subconscious mind starts to build neural pathways toward that reality. Manifestation isn’t fantasy; it’s focus. It’s the sacred meeting of energy and biology, of belief and embodiment.

Many Americans say, “I think, therefore I am.”

But I say,

I see.

I feel.

I know.

Therefore, I am.
